Hotel Lloret Santa Rosa by Pierre & Vacances

Check in was fast and friendly. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff there got to know us after day 1 and always had our same table ready for us at mealtimes. The hotel was clean, the cleaner Kaur was lovely and kept our room spotless. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The reception staff were really helpful with any questions we had and we were able to sort out a later checkout. Thank you all so much. Keep up the fantastic work and customer service. We really had a great stay here.

Swimmingpool and terrace on the roof are excellent for sunbathing, the rooms are just renovated and look very nice, hotel and rooms very clean. The staff are all very nice and hard working people at every moment they are ready to answer your questions and assist with your needs. Breakfast was amazing, wide choice and everything tasty, no need to be afraid that they would run out of anything. From my side no complaints at all and I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I`m in Lloret.

This hotel it is on good location and we will come back again I love this place

The location , 3 mins walk down to the beach . Lots of shops, restaurants around. But little of the way so you don’t get the noise . The pool and the roof top is great . The only thing was the room the picture of the room looked completely to what we were given . Quite small and the balcony wasn’t really a balcony it could only have 1 person on it at onces , it was tiny . Plus the view on the balcony was very disappointing not what we expected as shown on booking when choosing the room. The air conditioning in the room was great. Nice breakfast, 18 euro for both and get as much as you want .

All the staff were very helpful and always friendly. The room was very modern and had a lovely balcony with sun throughout the day. Rooftop pool was an added luxury with the rooftop bar. Food excellent we paid for all inclusive food and had options for every appetite, especially as the rate was so good.
